A leading KPO into Insurance Broking is looking for Transition Manager -
A key Project role which requires a candidate to have-
Handled large and multiple end to end transitions with different levels of complexities
- Strong focus on deliverables - do whatever it takes to meet timelines and quality of deliverables
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Plans and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones
- Create and maintain the project deliverables including but not limited to project plan, risk plan, resource management plan, weekly project status reports, communications plan, meeting minutes, actions/issues/decisions register
- Report program status and escalate issues
- Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree a must
- Strong Project Management skills. Project Management certifications preferred (Prince2 / PMP)
- Proven track-record of performance in current role at the highest level
Education and Experience:
4+ years of experience in a project management or transition management role
- Proven track record of running large projects
- Successful partnering with business leaders to understand internal and external customer requirements
- Insurance / broking or financial services industry experience a plus
