Job Responsibilities
1. Managing end-to-end HR process
2. Demonstrated skills in various aspects of HRM Functions such as Selection, joining, Induction, Wages, Salary, Legal and Personnel Management, Exit Interview, PMS, MIS and Compliances.
3. Working ability with sound understanding of HR Policies
4. Proven traits in consensus building, organization and negotiation skills with ability to handle multiple functions and activities in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
5. Systematic and organized with quick adaptability to changing trends and processes and possessing exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
CTQs
1. 8-10 years of experience
2. Experience of managing large customers
3. Should be able to work on MS Visio
4. Should be able to work on Presentations – High level ppts to be presented to CXO’s
5. Good expertise on Excel – Advanced formulas etc.
6. Exposure on data crunching, dashboard reporting, analytics and automation of manual reports
