Manager - Transformation - Master Blackbelt - Shared Service/Captive - Retail Industry

We are looking for Manager Transformation for a leading client into Retail Industry (Shared Service /Captive).

Job Location is Bangalore.

- Deploy a Business Process Management Framework across business entities

- Driving a continuous improvement and quality framework .

- Own and facilitate the productivity improvement for the function aligned.

- Drive automation projects.

- Minimum 8 - 10 years of overall experience with leading process improvement and change programs.

- Should have experience working in a global environment.

- Lean Six Sigma Certified: Master Black Belt.

- Should be delivering Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training's.
