Manager - Transfer Pricing & Direct Tax

Responsibilities:

- Oversee group audits and tax filings and has a strong knowledge in Transfer pricing

- Manage direct tax assessments with advisors and tax audits

- Work closely with the statutory auditors and consolidate for the group companies

- Support group companies on tax matters and is well aware of international tax compliances

- Must be well versed with Ind AS/IFRS

- CA with 8+ Years of Experience in Manufacturing Industry (Preferable)

- Must have experience in Transfer Pricing and Auditing
