Manager - Training - Shared Service /IT

Leading MNC is recruiting Training Manager for Bangalore Location

- Experience of working in Global Business Services or IT would be preferred.

- You will be required for Training Facilitation & Delivery

- Training execution Plan and monitoring delivery of programs

- Work with the department heads, team leaders and will coordinate and facilitate the functional or technical trainings.

- Liaison with external training agencies for any technical training

- Drive the usage of the Learning Management system

- Responsible for evaluating training program effectiveness

- Work closely with the the internal stakeholders, identify the training plan for the same

- Knowledge of various Training methodologies ILT/Workshops/ Story Telling/ Gamification

- Ability of manage matrix relationships

- Influencing and persuasion Skills
