Training Manager


Responsibilities:


Curriculum Design, Creation and Delivery:

- Create an engaging curriculum for the sales teams, including training metrics, assessments and certifications

- Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training to ensure the development of retail staff.

- Utilize industry best practices to enhance the effectiveness of retail training programs

- Deliver practical training sessions [physical / blended]

- Conduct Training sessions, Refresher Training, concentrating on behavioral and sales competencies

- Prepare existing and new joiners by providing training on products, sales process, SOPs, etc. in a blended learning model

- Training delivery combining theory, practical and activity-based learning experiences

- Utilize practical sales training techniques like role plays, discussions, and mock calls to strengthen the team's skills

- Conduct mock calls, quizzes, and assessments to assess the product and process knowledge of the sales team

- Responsible for the creation, preparation and enhancement of training outlines, agendas, presentations, transcripts, ready reckoners, and assessments and ensuring that the training curricula are accurate and up to date at all times

- Ensure Feedback collection, conduction of skill gap analysis & refresher training from trainees and managers about training courses on an ongoing basis

- Conduct quality checks via random audits on calls, chats, and emails of the sales team to identify the training needs

- Monitor sales objectives and ensure training outcomes are aligned with the same

- Monitor customer feedback / daily sales reports [store-wise]; suggest remedial action where needed

- Conduct skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement

Training Content Creation:

- Create and curate content creation in the form of presentations, SOPs, manuals,

- Create Assessments / Evaluation parameters, training feedback mechanism

Training Logistics & Administrative duties:

- Plan training calendar for the quarter / year; schedule training sessions

- Prepare the training budget based on existing & new store opening, including cost, location, manpower resources

- Ensure wider participation; follow through on attendance

- Report generation on defined outcome metrics like sales achievement, customer surveys, customer complaints, process deviations
