- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new employees.
- Design and develop course content and initiatives on bettering store performance.
- Design, develop and govern various R&R programs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience of delivering and designing training preferably from fashion retailing/Hospitality/ QSR
- Sharp mind with ability to understand business linkages.
- Self-starter
- Proven track record of training delivery and creating training materials.
- Explicit examples of training interventions for creating quality benchmarks and bettering performance.
- Good leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance through effective coaching skills.
- Exceptional communicator and good at interpersonal skills.
- Preferred-Someone with Consulting background/QSR/Retail/Hotels (5 star only).
- Somebody keen for Training delivery, content creation and execution.
Salary offered: 8 - 14 LPA
