Manager - Training - Personal Care/Cosmetic Products

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and assess the current and future training needs of the BA channel in consultation with line managers

- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations

- Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.

Requirements and Responsibilities :

- Has strong background of Personal care / Cosmetic products, services and sales techniques

- Works with senior sales managers to develop training programs to maximize the sales team's revenue potential

- Proven work experience as a training manager

- Requires at least 7 years of experience in the industry with a relevant experience of 2-5 years in Training profile

- Familiar with a variety of sales effectiveness enhancement programs

- Leads and directs the Training function

- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

Salary offered: 10 -12 LPA
