PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Role Objective :
- Manager Training Operations role is to manage the Learning Center (online), External Certifications, Training Management System, Training Forums, Sales and Training Campaigns and Trainer Certification.
- This individual is also responsible for training efficiency evaluations in order to improve training efficiency at all training channels, specifically, Instructor Led Trainings, e-training and other training activities: data collection, analysis and organization and reporting on achievement of training efficiency indicators.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning for Learning Center set up in India and operations management of the same including course management, user management, Train the Trainer and training delivery management.
- Liaising with Government bodies and other External Educational Institutions and Training Vendors for Business Owner Certification
- Collaborating with Key National and International stakeholders to gather and analyse best practices and design a fit for India
- Strategy design for all Training Recognition Forums in the regions from a central design, TTT and governance perspective-viz 12% workshop, Star 15% recognition forums, Silver, Gold and New Platinum Forums
- Design and Delivery Management for Sales and training campaigns and promotions using various communication channels.
- Using Project Management techniques to handle the end-to-end training implementation activities and implement Process Improvements in SOPs for enhanced business Impact
- Develop and Evaluate qualitative efficiency of training programs and materials by using Kirkpatrick method (preparation of questionnaires, control over completion of questionnaires, collection and classification of data, preparation of reports) to maximize Business Impact
- Submission and presentation of regular reports to the internal and external stakeholders using data from monitoring and qualitative efficiency of the training programs.
Knowledge and Skill Set :
- Direct, recent experience with operations management at a National Level
- Advanced Project Management Skills preferably PMP or Prince II certification based knowledge
- Excellent skills at using Microsoft Excel for data evaluation and report generation.
- Excellent Power Point skills and impactful presentation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Extensive travel between training locations potentially required.

- Preferred in Management
- Overall 10-12 years of exp
- Mininum 5 years- experience of Operations Management
- Desired Experience of working with Government Bodies
- Experience of Communications and Social Media management Preferred
- Preferred specialisation/certification in Operations Management
- Preferred Certification in PMP/PRINCE II Project Management
- Preferred Certification in white Belt/Green Belt/Six Sigma
