Manager - Training - Global Markets Domain - Investment Banking

Job Description:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good presentation skills.

- In depth Knowledge of Global Markets / Investment Banking business.

- Ability to design and create training programs as per business requirement.

- Invest a significant amount of time in developing content and introduce new programs over the period of time.

- Take end to end ownership for the program delivery Pre, Post and during sessions.

- Flexible to take sessions late in the evening, when required.

- Ability to liaise with leaders, managers and supervisors understand the training need and gauge feedback.

- Anticipate changes in the business environment and partner with the business to provide learning solution due to industry /market changes, regulatory changes etc.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and Reporting

- Synergize with the team members and contribute in the Domain training team initiatives.

- Training Delivery - Deliver classroom or virtual training sessions.

- Introduce new programs based on the business requirement that can add value to the business or process.

- Enrich module for the programs already introduced, due to market or industry changes.

- Be part of a leadership meeting of stakeholders, understand and partner to drive domain training needs.

Responsibilities:

- Training Delivery - Deliver classroom or virtual training sessions.

- Introduce Intermediate / Advanced level programs based on the business requirement that can add value to the business or process.

- Enrich module for the programs already introduced, due to market or industry changes.

- Be part of a leadership meeting of stakeholders, understand and partner to drive domain training needs.

Requirements:

Education: MBA / B. Com. Finance

Experience Range : Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

Mandatory skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good presentation skills.

- Knowledge of Global Markets / Investment Banking business.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, and Reporting

Desired skills:

- Experience in Training delivery

- Experience in creating web-based modules

- Knowledge on SharePoint, Sharepoint designing.

- Coding and macro

Work Timings: 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
