- Responsible for defined training conversion
- Managing retention during training
- Consistent alignment with operations by auditing calls, understanding needs, conducting refreshers
- Demonstrating innovation in training by carrying floor requirement into classroom training.
- Must be able to present need analysis and share feedback with stakeholders
- Must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Must have the ability to interact with different levels in the organization
