- Content development on LMS is must. people would prefer from internet, e comm, or startup industry.
- Hands on experience on Training, customer services, and learning management.
- Plan and manage internal reinforcement & refresher training
- Work collaboratively with the QA team to identify training needs Manage content on the Learning Management System
- Analyse training effectiveness Identify process gaps and fix them through process changes, refresher training etc.
- Optimize training processes for efficiency
- Learn to prepare RCAs
- Conduct training's and feedback sessions - NHT and refreshers
- Create Training SOPs Plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths.
- Lead, train, onboard and evaluate new trainers Build quarterly and annual training program Encourage employees for training
