- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :   The role will be leading and managing the Learning & Development efforts for the organization across predefined Geography  Primary Responsibilities :   - Assist in Designing, developing and implementing a capability-skills based training framework  - Contribute in content development for training   - Deliver/ Conduct Trainings   - Leading the efforts of Sales Capability Development to improve productivity and engagement   - Role will involve extensive travel outside home town for at least 10-14 days in a month  CANDIDATE PROFILE:   - MBA from a reputed Institute   - Min 6 years of experience in area of Training  - Must be well versed with ADDIE framework  - Must have knowledge of Kirk Patrick model of Training Evaluation  - Must have working knowledge of atleast one from assessment tools MBTI, Big5, Wave, DISC etc
