Job Details-
Designation : Manager(Content Development)

Experience : 5-12 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Designing, managing and coordination various training programs as per the organization's needs.
- Procuring and Building Appropriate Training Solutions (Functional, Technical, Skill Oriented & Behavioral).
- Conceptualizing and designing learning initiatives / interventions
- Developing / writing training content for functional as well as behavioral programs basis Adult Learning & ID Principles
- Enable & support trainers in delivering the developed content
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders so as to design and implement relevant courses across levels.
- Designing and delivering soft skills workshop.
- Ensure training process compliance as per Organization Quality standards and handle audits.
- End to End Vendor Management i.e. from vendor identification to negotiation and execution
- Third Party assessment & verification of Content prepared by vendors
Knowledge required :
- Knowledge of adult learning theory
- Knowledge of instructional design theory, principles, and practice
- Knowledge of needs analysis/assessment
- Proficient knowledge of virtual classroom tools such as WebEx
- Proficient knowledge of a variety of training interventions
