Manager - Training - Building Material Industry

Looking for a Training Manager with a leading MNC based at Delhi/ NCR.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct Regular Trainings for Domestic and International sales team.

- Induction of New joinees in the region for the respective products

- Extensive market visits and maintaining current knowledge on competitors' products and market

- Ensuring that all training materials are up to date and relevant to company's current offerings

- Be a SPOC for all product related queries for the sales team in a region

- Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional teams to understand their training needs and identify areas of improvement

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs delivered and adjust as required

- Provide training on technical aspects of the product to the teams

Experience: MBA with 8 to 15 years of relevant experience only from building material companies.
