Wipro is Hiring Training Manager

- We are looking for highly motivated & Dynamic Training Manager for our well established IT MNC practice. Incumbent must have 9 - 18 Yrs. of experience in BPO / ITes Training.

JOB DESCRIPTION : You will be responsible in creating, delivering and curating targeted competency building interventions including training, coaching & behavioral change management required to address Skill Gaps needed to be successful in the competitive market place.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Should have clearly defined organizational structure of the entire team that will manage Training and Development

- Should have clearly defined and robust process for implementing, managing and executing training requirements

- Strength and experience of the Knowledge management team

- Ability to proactively suggest solutions and to continuously improve Training processes and strategist training solution in quick turn around time.

- Ideal background in a Management Consulting/Services business and/or Human Resources or Organizational Design

- Ability to groom and mentor Trainers for future projects and client facing roles

- High level of comfort with numbers and data analytics

- Track record of efficiency gains delivered, Flexibility/ability to ramp up down quickly

- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with proven track record of driving results

- Excellent written and verbal communication
