- Responsible to manage end to end process/product training needs of the aligned process using the SHAPE framework and to also ensure that Efficiency and Effectiveness standards are Consistently maintained in the Process Training team.

- Establish rigor around process training and ensure Training Performance parameters are met

- Identify opportunities & drive Training initiatives to improve SLAs / Csat - Develop Program Interventions (BTB) based on TNA for Existing Employees.

- Responsible for the Documentation and Relevance of the training content .

- Engagement with the client and ensure that timely updates communicated to the client as and when required

- Ensure Audit compliance -Internal & External

- Mentoring & Monthly review of Process Trainers
