Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Training and HR Manager to join our team in Bengaluru.
- This role involves managing the organization's training programs, overseeing HR functions, and implementing communication strategies aimed at improving employee performance, engagement, and development.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both training management and HR, with the ability to design and conduct effective training programs and lead HR initiatives that support the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Management:
- Design, develop, and manage training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops, ensuring content is engaging and relevant to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate training programs through feedback and assessment methods to determine effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and provide targeted training solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with current training trends and practices to implement new methodologies and tools.
HR Management:
- Oversee HR activities, including performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with management to strategize and implement HR initiatives that support organizational goals and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
- Develop and execute HR policies and procedures in line with legal standards and organizational needs.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to ensure a positive work environment.
Communication Strategy:
- Develop and implement communication strategies that improve employee engagement and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and openness to support the professional development of employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Training, Psychology, or a related field; an MBA will be considered a plus.
- Proven experience in training management and HR functions, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and procedures.
