Profile Training Manager

Position Overview:

- The Training Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for Sales professionals within our organization.

- This role involves creating educational materials, conducting training sessions, and ensuring that all Sales staff and trade partners are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to provide high-quality care.

- The Training Manager will work closely with PAN India Sales team to identify training needs and develop programs that enhance the overall proficiency of our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Develop Training Programs: Design and implement comprehensive training programs for sales staff and trade partners. Create training calendar, educational materials, manuals, and online resources that adhere to brand standards and best practices.

II. Conduct Training Sessions: Lead both in-person and virtual training sessions on various topics, including products, their nutrients, their significance, and unique selling points. Coordinate with the global L&D team to ensure alignment with brand language.

III. Training Need Analysis: Collaborate with the PAN India sales team to identify training needs and knowledge gaps. Develop customized training plans based on specific team requirements.

Qualifications: Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or a related field; MVSC or equivalent veterinary degree preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in veterinary practice or research/thesis in dog and cat health and nutrition.
