Manager- Trade Sales for Allied products - Ahmedabad,Rajkot,Surat,Baroda


Job Role:

- Responsible for managing existing distributors, wholesalers, and direct dealers in the region, while actively seeking opportunities to identify and onboard new partners to enhance communication channels and generate sales leads effectively.

- Develop and execute strategies to expand the distribution network, focusing on optimizing existing relationships and identifying and addressing gaps in coverage.

- Maintain a harmonious balance between primary sales, ensuring consistent product movement from manufacturer to distributor, and secondary sales, facilitating sales from distributor to end customers.

- Implement and oversee schemes and promotions aimed at both primary and secondary sales channels, ensuring alignment with company objectives and effectively driving sales volumes and revenue.

- Analyze and comprehend brand-specific pricing structures, discount policies, and product quality standards to effectively communicate value propositions to partners and end customers.

- Manage payment terms, including credit and cash transactions, while prioritizing the security of financial transactions and funds.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) activities such as in-store promotions, wall/shutter paintings, flex displays, issuance of dealer certificates, deployment of point-of-purchase (POP) displays, and distribution of promotional materials to boost brand visibility and drive sales.

- Organize and conduct dealer meets and plant visits to foster strong relationships, address concerns, gather feedback, and align strategies for mutual growth.

- Cultivate relationships with key influencers in the industry, including architects, interior designers, contractors, carpenters, and builders, to enhance brand presence and generate referrals and endorsements.

- Demonstrate a proactive "go-to-market" attitude, employing innovative approaches and leveraging market insights to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric focus and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
