Manager - Trade Receivables Discounting Systems - Bank

Our Client, a Leading Private Bank is looking out for a Manager - Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS) to be based at Mumbai.

Education & Experience:

CA/CFA/Post-Graduate- MBA

Min 2-3 years Direct Experience in Dealing.

Working with Bank, Mutual Fund, Private / MNC Bank, Insurance company or Top Broking entities.

Primary responsibilities

- Dealing in Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS) platform like Invoicemart, RXIL & M1 Xchange including successful bidding, settlement and generate alpha.

- Constructed and aligned portfolios based on interest rate outlook, liquidity expectations and credit outlook. Must exhibit "ownership" of entire TReDS Portfolio from interest rate and credit perspective.

- TReDS Portfolio monitoring including Issuer Exposure Limit, Group Limit Monitoring, Seller Limit, PSL Tracking, repayment monitoring etc.

- Compliance with Internal Audit, RBI Regulations, Internal Policies etc

- Preparing Investment Committee Presentation, Board Committee presentations, IC notes, Board Meeting Notes and Committee minutes etc.

Secondary responsibilities

- Credit monitoring of bank entire TReDS Portfolio. Credit Monitoring including ongoing analysis of latest financial as well as a close oversight on evolving trends in industry/sector, Liquidity profile, half yearly Internal ratings update etc

- Lead the development of 'early warning systems' that highlight possible risk deterioration in the TReDS Portfolio, to allow for timely corrective action.

- Analysis of past trades, seller behaviour on platform, buyer behaviour on platform, spread data, daily MIS, database management etc

- Any other responsibilities that may evolve for TReDS Portfolio Management / Credit function / treasury.
