Job Title: Marketing Manager
Overview:
The Trade Marketing Manager - Planning Role is responsible for executing trade marketing plans and programs that drive brand and category growth, increase distribution and visibility, and support sales objectives. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the trade marketing process and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans and programs to support sales objectives, increase distribution and visibility, and drive brand and category growth.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure trade marketing plans align with overall business goals and objectives.
- Analyze and interpret sales data to identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve trade marketing plans and programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotions, in-store displays, and other trade marketing initiatives.
- Plan and manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Conduct market research and gather competitor intelligence to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Provide regular reports and updates on trade marketing performance and initiatives to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in trade marketing planning and not implementation side
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with sales data and market research.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Strong project management skills and experience executing trade marketing initiatives.
- Digital Marketing - good to have
- Age less than 30 years
- MBA Mandatory
- Female candidates are preferred
