Main purpose of the role:
- Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for development and execution of marketing programs in line with the Company's Business strategic plans.
- The incumbent is required to support all channels sales teams with various promotion planning, demand generation, channel development, events planning and execution activities.
- The incumbent is also responsible for monitoring and tracking competition activities, driving field sales management support, organizing events/ expos with channel partners and end customers.
Key Areas of Accountability:
Market Development:
- Identify opportunity areas and conduct Marketing activities to increase sales in those areas
- Drive identified product mix with marketing interventions
- Spearhead new product communication and launch programs
Sales Trade Promotion:
- Manage Promotional material requests and optimize distribution and availability
- Plan and implement all BTL activities across branches
- Planning and on time settlement of channel schemes
- Add focus on specific products through relevant trainings, communication and schemes
- Managing overall Sales Promoters for Organisation
Driving Brand preference across Value Chain:
- Spearhead brand visibility through various promotional programs
Channel Development:
- Identification of channel development needs
- Planning and driving channel adequacy plans with respective BMs
- POS Branding and In-store infrastructure development
