Job Details :
1. Sales: Primary and secondary Annual Book Target Achievements
2. Market Shares & Weighted Distribution: For markets for key invested categories like
3. Sales Planning:
a. To drive Planned coverage at all Levels in sales team
b. To plan secondary and primary sales at every level in sales team
c. To ensure availability of Sales/Coverage and Channel pipeline data
d. Target setting for the team and track achievements against the same at every level including distributor level
4. Sales promotion :
a. LSP management: To ensure 100% Utilization of the LSP budget for each ASM ( not exceed /neither keep it underutilized) and to achieve the stated objective.
b. To drive Special distribution expansion Blitzes and programs for the identified category
c. To drive sales incentive achievements at all levels
d. Design, Manage and drive key trade programs /incentives like Star Outlet program etc.
5. Innovations:
a. To help automate tracking of market coverage
b. To help automate data management at Area/ TSI and Distributor level
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must have full-time MBA from Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges (2014 or earlier batches)
- Must have experience in Sales + Marketing / Sales + Trade Marketing
- Must of 5-9 years of experience in Sales & Marketing both
- Candidates from FCMG / Personal Care / Cosmetic industries are preferred
