Job Purpose:
As the Modern Trade Key Accounts Sales Manager, the primary responsibility is to oversee sales activities and drive promotional efforts for key accounts within the modern trade sector.
The role involves driving growth, visibility, and profitability in designated outlets while managing sales development, promotional activities, and collaboration with marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
Driving Growth and Visibility:
- Lead initiatives to drive growth and enhance visibility in star outlets within the region, with a focus on achieving top-line and bottom-line targets for this channel.
Sales Development Activities:
- Design and implement local sales promotion activities to stimulate demand and drive sales growth in the market.
- Implement IT initiatives and ensure compliance within the sales function to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Spearhead distribution expansion initiatives to increase market penetration and reach.
Promotional and Trade Marketing:
- Manage all promotional and trade marketing activities within the region, including the development and execution of promotional campaigns, merchandising strategies, and trade incentives.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing team at the Business office and the sales teams in the region, facilitating effective communication, alignment of strategies, and execution of marketing initiatives.
- This role will be supported by a team of trained Field Executives to implement and drive the listed initiatives across the region, ensuring effective execution and achievement of sales objectives.
- MBA (2013-17) from a premier institute ONLY TIER 1 and 2
