- Our client is a premium packaged food and baked products brand with a global reach
- As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing the aligned shopper marketing programs in market place across pre-defined channels and creating an impactful visibility of company products in market place.
What you will do:
- Designing & implementing the off take strategy to ensure growth.
- Identify key shopper insights & shopper propositions and bring them alive
- Getting agencies to propose and customize Brand Activation Solutions to brand's Needs and evaluate the same
- Exploring new technologies for building shopper insights / visuals and store traffic/loyalty
- Developing shopper insights/ propositions for key launches /skus
- Preparing Pre-SNOP and SNOP meeting and disseminate quarterly
- Creating Turnover construct by regions and share with regional teams.
- Planning distribution, sell ins and finalizing launch plans for all the new launches
- Tracking the launch plan vs actual achievements and do offtake tracking
- Planning, designing and rolling out monthly incentive plans for field sales force.
- Keeping a track of set KPIs and highlight improvement areas to regional sales teams.
- Tracking monthly achievements of BDO/ASM/MT Team/RSMs vs targets and finalize
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Minimum 10 years in a similar postition in FMCG industry only.
- Experience in Accounts Management / Customer management.
- Handling Lead conversion, customer management, customer satisfaction etc.
- Biscuit category is a must
- Very good communication skills
- Age not more than 35 yrs
Experience: 10 to 15 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 20,00,000 to 30,00,000
