Job Purpose:
- Handle Modern Trade Key Accounts Sales: Oversee sales and promotional activities to boost both top-line and bottom-line figures for star outlets in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth and Visibility:
- Drive Sales Growth: Focus on increasing sales and market presence in key accounts.
- Ensure Visibility: Enhance brand visibility in star outlets to capture market share.
Sales Development:
- Local Sales Promotions: Design and implement promotions tailored to the local market.
- IT Initiatives: Ensure compliance with IT systems and tools within the sales function.
- Distribution Expansion: Develop strategies to expand distribution networks.
Promotional and Trade Marketing Activities:
- Manage Promotions: Oversee all trade marketing and promotional activities in the region.
Liaison Role:
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales Teams: Act as the primary contact between the marketing team at the business office and regional sales teams.
Support:
- Field Executives: Work with a team of trained field executives who will help implement and manage the initiatives across the region.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Significant experience in trade marketing and sales, particularly within modern trade and key account management.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in driving promotional and IT initiatives.
- Qualifications: A background in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with experience in sales and promotional activities
