Experience - 2 plus years

Location - Mumbai

Mandatory : FMCG/Food industry experience with managing Modern Trade

- Get a good understanding of Modern Trade TOTs, process claims of customers as per TOTs and internal SOPs

- Work as a business partner with trade team and support trade team with required information, account related queries.

- Oversee functioning of each modern trade/Ecommerce customer, extract required data from customer portal for processing claims. Liaison with finance counterparts of key accounts
