We are looking for Highly efficient Manager- Trade Finance for Mumbai office of the client

1) Client : Leading International Mobile / Telecom Company

2) Position: MANAGER ( TRADE FINANCE)

3) Location: Mumbai

5) Experience: 5-8 years in Trade fiance with an organization of repute

6) Compensation - Open

7) Qualification- MBA/ PGDBM in Finance from Tier -1/Tier2 Institution OR University

8) Joining - Maximum 30 days

Responsibilities: 

- Originating and completing trade finance transactions across a spectrum of sectors in different countries in liaison with the branch teams and with support from the Head of  Trade Finance and Branches; Structuring transactions, developing and negotiating term sheets to execution;

- Participate in the preparation of annual business development plans, covering all aspects of international trade finance;

- Translate business development plans into real business for the Bank from all segments of trade finance market e.g(Factoring; Forfaiting; Remittance-backed business;Investment Banking et )

- Design schemes and road-shows for establishing market presence with emphasis on broadening the geographic scope of the Bank's activities;

- Manage given portfolios, from the process of origination, credit approval and contracting to ensure that the process is finalised within optimal time;

- Manage the centralized trade finance operations activities, viz.

- Letters of Credit

- Guarantees

- Bills/ TRs

- Implement objectives, policies and procedures manual and user manuals for trade finance unit

- Review requirements of business units in terms of operational support and discuss in detail with concerned business units

- Ensure the change-over to new systems and processes is smooth and error-free

- Ensure proper check and balance approach for trade finance processes

- Monitor customer trade transactions, settlements and report any exceptions to concerned unit

- Develop and maintain relations with partner banks and Central Bank in order to facilitate and ensure smooth working support and quick resolution of issues/ concern areas

- Direct, train and motivate subordinates to perform to consistently high standards in a team environment

- Prepare regular reports/ MIS and analysis for senior management for effective monitoring and control.
