Manager - Trade Finance

- Modern Trade Ecommerce accounts payables processing and management

- Work closely with trade team and customers for timely processing of claims, query resolution and account reconciliations

- Strengthen processes, SOPs. Actively participate towards building systems and processes to support customer claims and accounts receivables of a rapidly growing business

- Control and Manage Trade Spends - Price Offs and Trade SG&A and monthly accruals.

Audit preparation and remediation :

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Get a good understanding of Modern Trade TOTs, process claims of customers as per TOTs and internal SOPs

- Work as a business partner with trade team and support trade team with required information, account related queries.

- Understand functioning of each modern trade/Ecommerce customer, extract required data from customer portal for processing claims. Liaison with finance counterparts of key accounts

- Publish MIS on account wise status, track and control accounts receivables & DSO

- Co-ordinate & work with CFS for taxation, treasury and accounting matters

- Disseminate relevant information to Trade Finance Team periodically to enforce proper control process from compliance and risk control angle

- Actively participate in Cost Leadership initiative and collaborate to drive actions.

- Give required inputs for Month end provision working for Price off and SG&A

- Actively participate towards building systems and processes to support customer claims and accounts receivables of a rapidly growing business

- Maintain tracker of customer TOTs and ensure new TOTs/renewals are as per Finance Policy 110

- Work on projects assigned on a time to time basis
