Job Description: Manager- Trade Expense
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure adequacy of controls in the process to prevent any risk events in your team
- Be responsible for KPI/KRIs of the function
- Have front-to-back understanding and end-to-end ownership for your process and the interlinked functions
- Ensure that you are recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in your functional area
- Be responsible for managing the performance of your team by setting clear objectives and conducting periodic reviews with timely and appropriate feedback.
- Be responsible for execution of critical projects in your area
- Ensure compliance to all activities associated with BCP
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
- Any Graduate with 8 to 10 years of experience in Stock Billing & Brokerage be independent and self-starter.
- Should be able to manage team of 12.
- Should be good in communication.
- Able to identify issues and gaps in process.
- Good accounting knowledge & Reconciliation experience will be added advantage. Able to understand Risk and its related exposure
