Experience & Responsibilities: - Should possess relevant academic and practical knowledge to address every aspect of compliances related to buildings, constructions, fit-outs, contractors, air pollution, water pollution, sub-contractors, labour law, NBCI and related State laws and other applicable to private limited company excluding secretarial compliances. - Recommending creating and managing the necessary infrastructure and process to ensure 100% compliance. - Identify gaps in compliance and suggest solutions to implement action-plan for compliance in time bound manner. - Conduct regular compliance audits under all applicable laws in collaboration with business units at various cities across India and present the compliance report. - Experience in creating compliance awareness, talks, compliance buzz and trainings to internal and external stakeholders. - Oversee important document processing for all locations/sites in respect of mandatory documents, registers, records, periodic returns, site notice display,. - Ability to address notices and hold meetings with Government authorities and related external parties. - Assisting our enterprise clients with requirements and queries related to compliance. - Attending Compliance Audit of Clients and ensuring closure of all NC observations. - Assisting General Counsel in all matters related to legal & compliance. - Maintaining Statutory Register under various acts. - Review MIS and Raise Red Flags if any to leadership. - Report Best Practices by way of Bench Marking with Peers.
