Manager - TPM/Manufacturing Excellence

- To spearhead and coordinate initiatives pertaining to start, implement and sustaining continuous improvement in Manufacturing Operations specially focusing on TPM and Lean Manufacturing.

- To initiate TPM implementation at new units

- To Audit the existing TPM implementation as per Audit protocol

- To provide training on TPM to Managers and create TPM Leaders

- To identify areas for extending and expanding TPM initiative

- Exposure into six sigma deployment

- Contribution to the JIPM certification
