Good work experience in Total Rewards management
The incumbent will manage end to end total rewards program and processes that includes compensation planning, managing variable pay plans and long-term incentives.
Design & execute the Design Salary Range, VPI Payouts, promotions, increments, ESOP scheme, salary fitment, shadow increment etc.
The role will cover : -
1) Manage annual salary review process : Conduct compensation benchmark study, Propose various approaches for annual salary review process.
2) Salary fitments : Be custodian of salary fitments process and salary ranges, Revise salary ranges to keep it current on periodic basis. Manage exceptions and senior level fitments
3) Variable Pay : Manage variable pay program of the company in terms of budgeting, provisions, structure and calculations.Participate in review of sales incentive programs design, provide recommendations for improvement
4) Long term incentives : Keep records of grants and vesting for all schemes
5) Benefits : Design, recommend and be custodian of benefits related policies. Spot opportunities to enhance benefit offerings to cater to employee needs and become industry best
