Job Description:
- The Total Rewards personnel is responsible for performing/supporting end to end compensation cycle processes and supporting tools: Rewards Strategy, Market Intelligence, Compensation Planning, Annual compensation review, Variable Pay - administration and calculation, Employee communication, Benefits, Executive compensation, documentation, reward policies and ad-hoc reporting & metrics.
- The Specialist will be responsible to ensure quality delivery, participate in all identified opportunities for improvement and also drive best practice sharing between GU comp teams. Incumbent will also have people management responsibilities of the team members working closely with his/her supervisor.

- Strong knowledge of compensation, HR
- Structured analytical skills and happy to evolve in this environment
- Ability to analyze and consolidate large amounts of data
- Basic project management skills (organizational and time management skills)
- Strong ability to escalate issues effectively
- Customer service focus
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the financial impact of compensation processes
- Basic business acumen
- Expertise in statistical and cost analysis
- Experience in rewards/pay modeling
