Manager Total Rewards
- The Global Performance and Rewards manager is both a strategic and hands-on role leading and facilitating the planning and execution of multiple HR functions.
- Reporting to the Head of COE, this role will directly manage the Total rewards (Incl Compensation benchmarking, Goals setting, and Systems team.
- In addition, this role will be responsible for managing HRIS system, so we have the metrics and information to make decisions to effectively attract, align, develop and retain our talent.
- Manage a small team of experts for Goal setting, Goals management, HRIS systems etc.
- Lead HR projects like compensation review and plans revisions
- Lead the pH Review cycle Globally (India, NA, EMEA)
- Lead and manage various Automation projects and lead transformation via systems implementation
- Lead KPI Management and Goal setting Globally
- Support the team in Analytics
