Job Description :
- As the Manager of Total Rewards, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's total rewards programs and strategies which will contribute to attracting, retaining, and motivating our talented workforce
- Drive, strengthen and manage the performance management process of the Organisation to establish a performance driven culture in the Organisation
- Manage, review, develop and maintain all people policies and HR budgets
- Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy along with Head- Talent Management which should be aligned with the organization's overall objectives and business strategy.
- Conduct compensation surveys, market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive Total rewards programme.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits and policies.
- Lead the Performance Management program of the Organisation.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for Talent Management and Manpower Budget.
