Manager - Total Rewards - Tier 1 B-Schools
The key job responsibilities include the following:
- Oversee specific compensation, benefits, perquisites, and recognition programs and rewards programs in line with the Total Rewards philosophy of the region and overall company's global strategy and Indian market conditions.
- Continue to maintain knowledge of the market to provide business advisory. Build market intelligence through effective internal and external networks to track market trends and recommend improvements in reward products & processes
- Engage with business to provide advisory from a Total Rewards perspective and act as a strategic partner with the Service Lines as necessary.
- Cultivate a thorough understanding of the various reward related business requirements through an understanding of the business and their operating model
- Manage the market benchmarking process, validate market information and help develop positioning and compensation ranges as per the desired competitiveness.
- Manage the compensation annual revision process and administration processes along with Business HR & businesses.
