Manager - Total Rewards
- Incumbent will be responsible for implementing and delivering the compensation benchmarking, salary planning, total rewards analytics and dashboarding, and other elements of the Total Rewards Program for organization.
- Work with survey vendors to maintain a deep inventory of benchmark jobs, market data, applied benchmarks, market competitiveness, and more.
- Support the Yearend Focal Point activities by liaising with the total rewards leader to deliver a seamless experience to all employees and people managers in delivering a delightful year-end compensation revision experience.
- To support and maintain a comprehensive campus salary benchmarking database.
- To work on the creation of a skill inventory for organization to understand skill premiums and work with the total rewards leader to design a strategy to reward skills appropriately.
- To design analytics that supports in delivering org-level frameworks on promotion approaches, rewards for recognition, and other policy-level impacts
Specifications:
- Looking for Only female candidates from Premier B-Schools (Full time MBA) with 2-5 Years of experience in C&B space.
- An experience working with a Rewards Consulting firm is preferred
