The Role:
TR Partners serve as strategic partners for the MU rewards teams along the end to end rewards process and are a key conduit between the MU total rewards teams and the global Total Rewards CoE.
Key Responsibilities:
- To create and implement effective rewards strategies and programs that are aligned with our global HR and Total Rewards vision, strategies, goals and principles/policies.
- Navigate with them efficiently through the annual standard rewards process as well as the major projects and initiatives with consideration of MU specific context and support needs.
- Help to provide line of sight back to the global Total Rewards CoE regarding local requirements and nuances (such as legal requirements) and informs other key stakeholders of how each location will deliver the initiatives.
- Provide effective communication, training and operational 'hands on' support to MU rewards team along the end to end annual process
- Collaborate with other Rewards CoE disciplines (e.g. Comp Admin or Benefits teams) to analyze problems and identify solutions
- Drive and contribute to special projects and initiatives that ensure continued alignment of the end to end rewards process to our overall HR & total rewards strategy and goals.
Skills Required:
- Ability to build, sustain and influence relationships at all levels of an organization, and develop networks as appropriate
- Ability to quickly establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise
- Expert modelling (Excel; incl. pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills
- Strong process and project management skills (3+ years) - ideally with HR transformation projects in an international context
- Solid functional background at intersection of Finance/HR (2+ years) with solid understanding Accenture's key talent and finance metrics
- Ability to focus on achieving project / program goals and objectives and to take responsibility for delivering professional high-quality work to deadline.
- Capability to recognize and manage potential issues and barriers during assignments
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose and deliver insightful and pragmatic solutions
- Experience with a global, multi-cultural and virtual work environment
Qualifications & Experience - Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR with at least 3 years specializing in Compensation or Rewards
