Job Designation : Manager Tenders (Mumbai)

Location : Mumbai

Qualification : B.Com or B.Sc

Experience : 7 to 9

Job Responsibilities :

- Follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation, authorization and dispatch.

- Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body.

- Ensure that tenders and business proposals meet all relevant specifications

- Document sourcing & pricing - interaction with marketing team.

- Follow up on tender status and EMD recovery with sales colleagues.

- EMD management / documentation.

- Liaise with all interdepartmental stakeholders.

- Maintain confidentiality at all times.

- Prepare periodic MIS.
