Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Business development for OEM & Other OEM fleets – Area – INDIA, - subsequently EA & Oceania
- Market Assessment - Customer & Competitor study- continuous
- Identification of market potentials based on fleet, market interactions, and business development activities
- Capture of existing & new validated products
- Enquiry & offer Management (complete tender process including approval process)
- Product Strategy & Market view on Budgeting
- Identification of New Product Requirement
- Presentations (Technical & related commercials) - Internal & externals
- Reporting Provide accurate & timely information/ reports relating to business position and projections to the team leader.
- Maintain professional & effective Liaison with customers
- Ensure compliance to TSS/TSSD Quality systems and instructions.
- Interactions - Internal (local & Global) & External (vendors, customers & others
Educational Requirements
- B.E./ B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- Should have sound knowledge of large capacity (Utility) power plants in general
- Experience in sales & marketing in the power industry.
- Experience in Sales/ engineering / service of Large capacity Steam turbines preferred.
- Basic knowledge about commercial and financial terms.
- Power Industry updates – Government regulation monitoring; Customer development
- Experience: Approx 8-10 years in the relevant field.
