Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the tendering team to ensure timely and accurate submissions of tenders.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the tendering process, including relevant regulations, procedures, and standards.
- Analyze tender documents, identify requirements, and prepare bid responses in line with customer needs.
- Ensure that all tenders comply with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all necessary inputs are provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaise with clients to clarify requirements, answer questions, and negotiate terms as necessary.
- Evaluate bids, review contracts, and negotiate terms and conditions.
- Monitor and report on the tendering process to senior management, including progress against targets and potential risks.
- Manage the handover process to the relevant department upon award of the tender.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
