We are looking for a "Manager - Telesales" who can lead the team of 20+ tele callers. As a leader you will be managing the end-to-end operations of the tele calling set up. You will supervise, manage and motivate the team members & get the desired result from the team. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration within the team. As a disciplined process owner, skills like Communication, Training & Development, Performance assessment are must.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving daily, weekly & monthly targets
- Create winning attitude in the team
- SWOT analysis of team members
- Weekly performance update & forecasting
- Coaching & mentoring team members. Extract best out of them
- Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring high quality customer service and effectively handling customer complaints
Requirements :
1) 7 + years of Tele Sales experience in finance Industry
2) Strong verbal and written Communication Skills
3) Expert in MS Office especially MS Excel & PowerPoint
4) Organizational and Leadership skills
5) Experience of leading the team of 20+ tele callers
6) Tele calling experience of finance Industry will be added advantage
