Designation : Tele Marketing Manager

Location : Mumbai

Roles and Responsibility :

- Responsible for lead generation from tele calling agency team meeting the business targets.

- Analysing the data quality and daily reporting of achievement vs target to the management.

- Maximizes the efficiency & selling time of the team by ensuring that all subordinates have the required resources available to meet their daily targets.

- Set Goals and track Performance Vs Goals and Manage the Day-to- Day performance of the teams.

- Drive desired results by keeping the team motivated to achieve the numbers on daily basis.

Salary Range: 6 - 12 LPA
