Manager - Technology - University

Our client is one of the premier universities of India having international standing, founded in 1964, accredited by the National Assessment & Accreditation Council (NAAC) with 'A' grade. Its graduates may be found throughout the world in all areas of engineering, science and commerce. Our client is looking to hire Manager Technology to manage all campuses of the university.

Roles & responsibilities

- Manage the technology infrastructure for the Alumni Relations office (Salesforce, Website, and other services)

- Oversee all modules of Salesforce Not for Profit Success Pack (NPSP), including,

- Creating custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, views, workflows, and validation rules

- Building reports and dashboards to summarize key constituent data

- Configuring Salesforce security and managing user permissions

- Designing new features in sandboxes, testing and gathering feedback from users, and deploying to production

- Maintaining data, including migrating data between systems, cleaning data, and managing duplicates

- Managing vendors who can help configure our Salesforce environment

- Managing Integrations with other third-party software

- Manage the website for Alumni Relations Office, including,

- Working with service partners to design layout and UI

- Deploying a Content Management System, with ease in pushing periodical updates and archival

- Managing security and integrity of the website

- Integration of the website with Salesforce, Payment Gateway and Other Systems

- Manage relations with vendors and service providers for other services and software

- Work with the alumni relations team to use technology tools effectively, increase process automation and deploy other innovative tools for better alumni engagement

Qualification/ experience

- Post Graduate with 5 years or Graduate with 10 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Development or Administration. Salesforce certifications will be a plus.

- Exposure to website design / development, and project management.

- Ability to work and manage multiple vendors, solution orientation and analytic mindset

- Excellent people and communication skills

- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, take initiative and make decisions.
