Key responsibilities
- Lead the cyber security engagements and projects for our clients
- Support in implementation of security solutions for our clients and support the clients in their desire to protect the business
- Independently overlook the execution of assignments of the practice including interaction with the client on regular/daily basis
- Will be responsible for the quality management and project execution to ensure the Quality standard as adopted by the practice in sync with the organisation goals is met
- Will be responsible for creating and building client presentations at various stages of client interaction
- Will be independently handling client meetings and interaction with various stake holders at regular basis
- Responsible for managing team and ensure team is prepared for project execution
- Liaison with internal support teams to meet practice requirements whenever needed
- Responsible for ensuring team is adhering to the training calendar developed by the practice

- Conduct team meetings and interactions at regular intervals
- Keep the immediate reporting updated on the developments of the team and escalate issues that need immediate attention

- Handle challenges that the profile offers during the course of work
- Continuously strive towards exceeding client & team expectations and work on complex assignments.
- Conduct research and prepare client presentations, information memorandums and thought leadership documents
- Contribute to advisory engagements in the capacity of a team member - deliver quality output within assigned timelines.
- Attend L&D programs and exhibit knowledge of advisory methodology and consulting attributes.
- Sector focus (basic understanding of the industry, trends, issues/challenges & key players) based on the industry group alignment.
- Exhibit initiative and participate in corporate social and team events.
Client responsibilities:
- Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
- Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
- Build strong internal relationships within Nexdigm and with other services across the organization
- Conduct attack and penetration on infrastructure, network, web application and source code review.
People responsibilities:
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
- Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting and retaining Risk professionals
- Contribute to an educational program to continually develop interpersonal and technical skills of staff
- Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
