Technology and Innovation Marketing Manager


The Technology Innovation Marketing Manager is responsible for driving key marketing initiatives in the technology sector, focusing on solution asset readiness, go-to-market strategies, demand influence (demand generation & conversion), brand positioning, and alliance marketing. This role involves developing and implementing GTM strategies for new tech solutions, ensuring marketing assets align with these strategies, and collaborating with product development teams. The manager plays a critical role in generating and converting leads, enhancing brand strength in the technology innovation space, and forming strategic marketing alliances. Additionally, the role requires cross-functional collaboration, data-driven analysis, effective budget management, and team leadership. A background in marketing, business, or technology, combined with strong analytical and leadership skills, is essential.

Solutions Asset Readiness and GTM:

- Lead the development and implementation of GTM strategies for technology offerings

- Ensure all marketing assets for solutions (like brochures, presentations, demos) are ready, effective, and aligned with the GTM strategy.

- Collaborate with the DTAG SMEs to understand the features and benefits of new solutions and craft the appropriate messaging.

GTM & Marketing Campaigns:

- Collaborate with business line, service and solution, marketing, and sales teams to understand our value proposition, competitive environment, and service or solution differentiation to target customers and prospects

- Contribute and provide insight into initiatives and programs led and executed by industry marketing teams (e.g., key account planning and ABMs)

Pipeline Generation and Conversion Influence:

- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation through various marketing channels.

- Work closely with the sales team to track and influence the conversion of leads into opportunities.

Brand Positioning:

- Develop and execute strategies to position the brand strongly in the technology innovation space (leveraging analyst and advisor relations as well).

- Create consistent messaging across all marketing channels that highlights the company's strengths in innovation and technology.

Alliance Marketing:

- Conceptualize and execute joint marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns with alliance partners to amplify reach and impact.

Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed about marketing initiatives and progress
