- Play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and refining the recruitment strategies for our front office and enterprise technology groups
- Recruit world-class talent in technology (from market)
- Drive and enhance various recruitment programs while streamlining the existing processes
- Lead initiatives to utilize non-traditional forms of recruitment, branding, and marketing, while championing recruitment best practices within the team
- Analyze and forecast the budget and trends for the upcoming year
- Recruiting experience of 5 to 8 years in the tech space
- A proficient understanding of the technologies deployed in the investment banking space would be an added advantage
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work among a diverse workforce at different organizational levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth interactions within the team Ability to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work culture
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of proficient problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Prior People management experience would be an added advantage.
