Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a US Staffing Manager at VIVA IT India.

- The Staffing Manager will be responsible for employee relations, HR management, communication, training, and recruiting tasks.

- They will oversee contingent and permanent hires in various specialties such as IT, Engineering, HR, Marketing, Healthcare, and more.

Experience: 12+ years | Shifts: Night shift, Onsite (WFO)

Location: T.Nagar,Chennai.

Qualifications: Bachelor's/ Master's degree in human resources or a related field.

- Must possess substantial hands-on experience in working with VMS or MSP models.

- Knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.

- Employee Relations, HR Management, and strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

- Should have experience working with direct clients as well as federal and state client requirements.

- Experience in overseeing contingent and permanent hires.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and drive concepts from sourcing to recruiting.

- Exposure to various IT, Engineering, and Non-IT technologies, domain, and functional areas.

- Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including government entities, non-profit organizations, and businesses.

- Train and mentor, the team to reach and exceed performance targets.
